Living
The inviting lounge offers comfortable seating and has a 65" Smart (ROKU enabled) TV with cable channels. There is a Blu-Ray player and  plenty of board games and DVD's for when you want an evening in away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. There is a basket of towels provided for use around the pool.

Kitchen
The luxury fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops and upgraded appliances: Fridge/freezer with ice maker, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kettle and 4 slice toaster. Every tool you require to make a delicious meal is provided. There is an abundance of cutlery (including baby/child), crockery and glassware.

Laundry
The laundry room is fitted with full-size washer / dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Dining
Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the formal dining space with seating for 6 guests.

Bedrooms
Featuring 1 king and two double en-suite bedrooms for added privacy and convenience, plus a twin bedded room. There are plenty of towels and bed linen provided in all bedrooms.

Master Suite - The beautiful master bedroom with views across the pool deck has a king-size (6’ 6”) bed with pillow top mattress and en-suite bathroom and offers a spa-like retreat at the end of a long day spent exploring the many Central Florida attractions. Bedroom 2 - This bedroom suite has a queen (5’) bed with pillow top mattress. Configured with an adjacent bathroom, which can be closed off from the rest of the villa to create a private en-suite bathroom and provides access to the pool deck. Games Room
The themed Games Room offers plenty of action with a Pool table, Air Hockey, Electronic darts, and a TV with Sony PlayStation 4 with several games. Large wall mounted remote control fans help keep you cool whilst enjoying a drink, awaiting your turn, sitting at the bar table.

Pool
The large, fully screened private pool invites you to take a refreshing dip or you may prefer to soak up the sun while relaxing on one of the 6 pool loungers. The large covered lanai offers alfresco dining and a welcome relief from the midday sun. The pool and spa can be heated at an additional charge. Our pool is heated by a gas pool heater, heating much quicker than electric and will ensure the pool maintains its heat whatever the ambient temperature.

We do not allow the use of Barbecues at the property due to the fire risk they impose.

Towels & Linens
All towels and linens are provided, although we do ask that these are not removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach or natural springs, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally.

Electronic Keypad Entry
No need to get stressed on arrival – our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night – no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys – just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin!!

WiFi Internet Access
We provide free high speed mesh WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Free USA & Canada telephone calls.

Baby Essentials
We provide highchair and pack 'n' play cot, (please bring own bedding for your infant) – all provided free of charge.
