We were so pleased that we booked this villa, it exceeded all of our expectations. We’re a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, there was plenty of space for us all. The games room was a big hit! The pool and hot tub were lovely, heating definitely needed in the winter months. The villa was beautifully decorated and very clean, there was plenty of towels including pool towels, the kitchen was well equipped. The location was ideal for Disney, much quieter and less traffic than Kissimmee. Contact with Kevin was always very quick and all required information was provided. We were sad to have leave to come home!

Although I’m going to try, there are simply no words that can describe just how incredible this place is. When we found Sunset lake villa we had already booked 2 weeks at another villa and I was really disappointed I hadn’t found this one before, so much so that we decided to extend our holiday and move into this stunning villa for 7 days. The pictures and videos you see before arriving paint a picture of this place but I promise you they don’t do it justice. The home itself just wow, Kevin and Tricia have thought of every single detail and no expense has been spared in creating the perfect home from home. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you for a wonderful comfortable stay. The pool and oversized pool deck with the view out over the lake. WOW! It’s like heaven on earth the most beautiful peaceful setting to either sit by the pool enjoying the view during the day or to sit outside in the night with the lights surrounding the pool cage. I’m going to miss that a lot. The games room is fantastic to keep everyone entertained. I could go on and on and on about this place. 100% streets ahead of any other villa I’ve stayed in in Orlando and I’ve stayed in some lovley ones.

Kevin and Tricia from my very first message were absolutely outstanding as owners. Always replied within minutes of any message I’ve ever sent and always very helpful and friendly. The best compliment I can pay them and thier wonderful home is it’s the first villa I’ve stayed in where I never had to contact the owner regarding a single thing during our whole stay. They made sure everything was perfect. I know if and when we return to Orlando that it will be in sunset lake villa.

The most beautiful, immaculate villa, in an amazing setting. We absolutely loved our stay. The lovely owners have thought of everything to make it so comfortable after a long day at the parks. An easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Easy access on to the I4, and a very straight forward journey to the parks. I had to tear myself away from the views from the pool area of the lake. I would have happily stayed watching the wildlife for the entire 2 weeks! Would highly recommend this villa and we will be back!

We've not long got back from our holiday and had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Sunset Lake Villa.
The villa is immaculate throughout, very modern and had everything you need.
The pool area and spa was gorgeous and clean and had a lovely view of the lake.

Just got back from a wonderful 2 weeks, the Villa is just perfect, spotlessly clean, every conceivable appliance and piece of kitchen ware you could imagine, comfy beds and furnishings, in fact we are measuring up at the moment trying to figure out if we can get one of those sofas in our living room😂.
Lovey pool and hot tub, great outside furniture, very comfortable pool chairs, the area felt very safe, and just a 2 minute drive to Champions gate, with lovely large Publix supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants/takeaways, check out First Watch for Breakfast and Jersey Mikes Subs for delicious sandwiches.
I would recommend Kevin and Tricia’s Villa in a heartbeat, they obviously take great pride in it and are very professional in all the correspondence, payment and instructions.

We have just got back home after staying at this beautiful villa for 3 weeks.
This villa is absolutely beautiful and made our holiday so comfortable. It is so clean, well equipped and has the most beautiful outlook from the pool onto the lake. Watching all the wildlife here each day was such a bonus.
There was nothing we wanted for, the owners have thought of everything. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, TVs in every room and the games room was great to have a few ‘friendly’ competitions!! Communication with the owners was fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. The location is so peaceful but also close to Publix, Aldi, pharmacies and lots of the restaurants and takeouts at Champions Gate.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a home away from home. Thank you Kevin and Tricia for making our long awaited holiday extra special.

Just returned from staying two weeks in this lovely Villa. The Villa was very spacious and very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area was lovely and had a sheltered area from the heat of the sun and it was a lovely peaceful area to relax in after a busy day at the parks. We especially enjoyed watching the wildlife in the early mornings. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for your use both indoor and outdoors. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the open plan layout. The shops were only 5 minutes drive away which was very convenient. This was our third visit to Florida and first time staying in a Villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially having a pool to ourselves. We felt very safe with the very easy to use security system at the Villa. The owners of the Villa are very quick to answer any queries you have and were a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this Villa and would not hesitate to go back sometime in the future. Thank you Kevin and Tricia for letting us stay in your beautiful Villa.

Stayed here at the end of April/beginning of may 2022 for 14 nights as a party of 7 (6 adults 1child).
Absolutely fantastic villa within a reasonable distance to Disney and universal. 5 minutes drive to near by shops( publix, Aldi, domino’s, Taco Bell liquor store Ect.)
Sunset lake villa is very modern and well decorated place to relax and unwind after busy days at the parks and the hot tub and pool were great and well looked after. They were cleaned weekly when we stayed.
The villa really has got everything that you would need to enjoy a holiday here, well equipped kitchen, games room, tvs in all bedrooms and living area and one of the most important things that our party found was how safe we felt when in the villa. Great security system installed and also the alarmed doors out to the pool deck so if you are staying with children you know exactly when the door has been opened.
Last but certainly not least the owners of sunset lake villa, Kevin & Tricia are great to deal with, always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
We enjoyed our stay in 2022 that much that we have booked again for 2024. Can’t wait😊

In the 32 years that we have been visiting the Orlando area we have rented over 20 different villas, with Sunset Lake Villa ranking at the very top. It was a great villa to stay in and it started with the Maxam’s who were friendly, helpful and professional throughout all aspects of our booking/stay.
The villa itself is situated in a great location in the Bridgewater Crossing estate, with the beautiful lake behind. This unique location offered fantastic views from the pool area to the lake and forest area behind. Our family enjoyed watching the native wildlife, including many birds and a family of turtles that stayed in or visited the lake over our 3 week stay.
The pool area offered a brilliant sized pool for our family along with a well covered area for being able to sit out and enjoy the heat.
The kitchen is extensively stocked with cutlery, crockery, glassware and plenty of additional electrical equipment which along with plentiful supply of towels for indoor and outdoor use, meant that we did not need to constantly use the dishwasher and washing machine.
The games room got a lot of use with pool and air hockey tables proving to be very popular with the added wall fans in the garage helping to keep us cool. There were plenty of board games and books within the villa to keep us occupied and entertained during those afternoon thunder storms. Further entertainment came from the large TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms which gave us access to our Netflix and Disney+ accounts and allowed the kids to have their own space and let them watch what they wanted.
The security system in the house made us feel very safe and allowed us to have a worry free holiday both during the day when we were out and at night.
Bridgewater Crossing itself is a friendly estate and ideally situated for use of the I4 and the Ronald Reagan Parkway. Within 5 minutes drive there were 3 Publix stores along with restaurants (of which Keke’s is now a firm favourite) and other shops in the Championsgate Area. Posner Park was easily accessible along Pine Tree Trail and of course Disney was close at hand.
We would thoroughly recommend Kevin and Tricia’s Villa and look forward to going back sometime in the future.

We have just returned from a great trip over xmas and new year. We had the pleasure of staying at sunset lake villa. The villa was amazing and met every need of our family. All amenities to suit young children. Amazing pool and hot tub, nice big games room and excellent living space to relax in after a long day. Sunset lake villa is in a great location being minutes away from champions gate and the I4 making travel to disney and universal very easy and within touching distance of shops and restaurants but set in a lovely quiet estate. The owners Kevin and Tricia are excellent, really good communication before our trip but especially when on holiday. Very reassuring to know they were always available to help. We had an issue with the washing machine, reported it to the owners, they had someone out really quickly to sort the issue and caused no inconvenience to our trip. We are already looking for our next visit.

I’ve just returned from a lovely stay here. Due to all the delays etc because of the dreaded C word we had to push back our trip, and Kevin and Tricia were really helpful and always quick to respond.

The Villa is so nice and has everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting in a lovely hot jacuzzi of an evening after a busy day in the parks. I miss the place already!

We were lucky to have stayed in this amazing villa in March this year. It has everything you need. The pool area is great with plenty of sun loungers and we thoroughly enjoyed using the games room. We can't wait to go back.

We’ve just returned from the most fabulous stay at sunset lake villa, the house was immaculate throughout and was perfect for our needs. We’ve stayed in other villas in Florida but this was by far the best with superb views over the lake and in the words of our 13 year old son, simply ‘the best pool ever!’ Such a peaceful location but at the same time ideally situated if you are visiting any of the parks. Next time we visit we will certainly be staying at sunset lake villa!

Just back from a wonderful 3 week stay in Orlando. I have to admit that I do not normally leave reviews but in this case was happy to make an exception. What a wonderful villa! Perfect location for all the parks, with stunning views across the lake and is beautifully decorated and maintained inside and out. I honestly cannot recommend this villa highly enough. The owners were an absolute pleasure to deal with, communication both prior to our visit and during was brilliant, always responding to any questions within hours but normally immediately. Exceptional!

Back from a wonderful, relaxing stay at Sunset Lake Villa. Where better to start than our favourite feature? That beautiful view! We spent many days and nights lounging by the pool, observing the local wildlife and admiring the lake. We found it very difficult to go out for the day and leave it behind. As frequent visitors of Orlando, we have stayed in many villas over the years and none with such a lovely outside space and point of interest from the pool area. We were very pleased.

The pool is lovely - large and clean. We also enjoyed using the jacuzzi, which is big enough to comfortably sit 6-8 guests. We loved the colour-changing pool lighting - great to look at during the evenings.

As for the villa itself, on arrival, the villa gives a very good first impression. The exterior is maintained well and has great curb appeal. The interior is beautiful, bright and very well done. We particularly liked the floor plan of the villa; an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with sliding doors to the pool area, creating a sociable and light space. With the blinds open, you can’t help but notice the view as soon as you walk through the front door! The bedrooms are well distributed across the four corners of the living space, each maintaining the high standard of décor throughout. There’s also easy access to the laundry, and games rooms from the kitchen area. We spent evenings playing pool in the games room – the room has a cool American car theme, and two large fans to keep the temperature comfortable.

The bed in the master bedroom is huge, and very comfortable. The master en suite has both a large shower and bath. There are also two very large sink areas with more than enough room to store toiletries. The walk-in wardrobe off of the bedroom has lots of room to hang clothes with many hangers provided.

As a whole, we found the villa to be very well equipped. The owners seem to have thought of everything - particularly in the kitchen area! We found there to be lots of cookware, glassware and tableware available, as well as useful items such as a wine bucket! We also found games and DVDs provided in the lounge. We really could find everything we needed.

We can’t wait to return for another stay at Sunset Lake Villa.

Stayed here back in October. Lovely Villa, everything you could possibly ask for. Had a problem with ants but that was no fault to the owners and we soon got rid of them with some spray! Would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

An extremely well equipped, beautifully decorated and well furnished home in a fabulous location. Have just returned from a very relaxing stay at this villa and can't wait to return. Spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need for a family holiday. Plenty of shops nearby and the attractions of Disney and outlet shopping a short, easy drive away. The area is extremely safe and I went running everyday around the development and slightly further a field - Not many people around but those I did meet were always friendly. Pool is maintained at a very pleasant temp for either a daytime or evening dip. The views from the pool around the lake are lovely and plenty of wild life to watch. If you are wondering whether this villa is the one for you and your family - it is! Booking it couldn't be easier as the owners are great to deal with and you have the comfort of a management company nearby should you have any problems.

Just back from an amazing holiday staying at Sunset Lake. The villa was extremely easy to find and situated near a brilliant location called Champions Gate. Lots of amenities on the door step. Don’t be put off cause it’s not in a gated community, we felt very safe the whole holiday.
The villa was perfect for our needs. We are a family of five, three of which are teenagers. The kids all had their own bedroom which gave them their own space with large TVs to entertain when needed. Although the first thing they did was to connect to the WiFi 😂😂, which was really easy and allowed them to instantly and constantly go on social media! Three of the bedrooms had en suite which gave us the perfect amount of toilets and shower facilities for all of us. The master bedroom was a superb size with a walk in closet and door leading to the outside living space.
The indoor living space was open plan and well laid out. Kitchen was well appointed and we couldn’t have asked for a better amount and variety of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The outdoor living space was great too. More than enough sun beds and seating for us all and the use of a barbecue was fantastic. The pool is a great size and theirs a hot tub to chill out in. We chose to heat the pool while we were there and it was a great decision particularly due to the time of year.
We had great fun in the games room playing pool, air hockey and darts.
We had already decided not to do Universal and only Disney so the location for the parks was perfect. Having said that, we did visit the outlets which was up beside Universal and it was easy to get to too. The I4 is a very busy road to use but because of the location of the villa you can easily access Old Lake Wilson Road which is quieter and takes less time getting to Disney and you can visit a Walmart Superstore that way too!
We really struggled to find fault with this villa. With five very different personalities from the one family, it’s quite a challenge to please us all! None of us said “I wish the villa had.....”. We all had the perfect time, so much so we can’t wait to go back (according to my kids it’s to be a yearly thing!). All being well we will be back December 2019 and we all want to stay in Sunset Lake. Thanks for hosting us!
