New to the Osceola Polk Line are two new and exciting restaurants; Texas Roadhouse and the Outback. Both are excellent additions to the area and are great for families.

In March 2024, We introduced stylish new vertical blinds to the primary suite, lounge, and dining room windows, adding a touch of elegance to our living spaces. Additionally, we've embraced energy efficiency by fitting solar heat-reflecting film on all windows. This not only enhances privacy but also ensures a cooler and more comfortable atmosphere, especially during those sizzling summer months.

New for 2023, we have added low voltage lighting around the pool screen enclosure and also spotlights to our recently added Pygmy Date Palm trees. This provides a wonderful atmosphere in the evenings whilst relaxing around the pool and complements the colour changing pool lights.

We are currently decorating and upgrading the lounge area with a more modern vibe. We will publish photos as soon as the project is complete but, in the meantime, you can get an idea of what to expect by heading over to our villa Facebook page, Sunset Lake villa, near Disney World Orlando. We have also upgraded the patio furniture to match the existing sunbeds.
