Bookings can be secured with a £200 per week non-refundable deposit with the balance required 90 days prior to arrival.

Our standard rates are as follows:

2024 - from £140  / night

2025 - from £150 / night

Pool/Spa Heating can be added for an additional charge (recommended between October and April) as follows:

£140/week (£20/day) during the months of May to September

£195/week (£30/day) during the months of October to April

Cleaning fee of £150 is added to each booking

Security deposit of £300 is required with the final balance payment (90 days prior to arrival) and is fully refundable following a satisfactory exit report from our management company

Check in is strictly after 4pm, with check out by no later than 10am. 

All payments to be made by Electronic Bank Transfer only

 Conditions:

We do not accept all male or female parties.

No pets are allowed

No smoking inside the villa is allowed

No Disposable barbecues are allowed anywhere on the property

Maximum occupancy is 8 people (including infants/children)

Minimum booking is 7 days, however we will not accept bookings of less than 10 days over the Christmas holiday period.
